Uninstalling ECHealth

Requirements
  • PC with ECHealth installed
  • Administrative rights on the PC
Instructions
  1. It is recommended that you back up the contents of the folder C:\Lionstar before continuing. To do so, simply copy the files 'ecal.dat' and 'ecal.lic' to another folder or a separate drive. Regular backups of 'ecal.dat' to a separate drive is recommended to minimise the potential loss of client data.

  2. Go to Control PanelPrograms and Features.
    • One method of doing this is to click on the Start button, type Programs and Features into the search bar and then select it from the list.

  3. Select ECHealth from the list of installed applications and click Uninstall.

  4. Select Yes in the dialog box asking if you want to uninstall ECHealth and follow the prompts to uninstall.

  5. ECHealth is now uninstalled. Your client database and licence files will remain untouched within C:\Lionstar.
